Perfect Day!

Butterflies, dragonflies, hummingbirds, flowers with beautiful fragrances, grass and trees so green that it’s almost not real. All this just sitting on the swing in the backyard.

It’s been a wondrous day. I did laundry and hung what I could on the line to dry. I dozed in the swing. I swung and read in the swing. I just sat in the swing and looked out over a yard that I still don’t think of as mine. I don’t know what I did to deserve this, and in the end, it may all come tumbling down what with the real estate taxes and cost of oil, but for this moment in time, it is perfect.

Below are pictures I took this afternoon. The sun is so bright it washed out some of the color. There are pictures of the house from the back, the side and the front and pictures of Ron week wacking.

Today’s weather – It is BEAUTIFUL. The sun has been shining all day. The sky is blue. The temp reached mid-80s. There is a slight breeze so it’s not stifling hot.
