Quick Note

I haven't even read my email since early afternoon. It was a busy day with Ember, and a busier evening, so this will be a quick post.

I took a few pics of Ember today at the gazebo in Green Island. It's right on the Hudson River, which look spectacular in the brilliant sunshine. The pictures are below.

She looks older than 2 years, 2 months. Most people estimate she's close to 3 years of age if not already 3. Her speech, her actions and her size are those of an older child.

Didn't feel like making supper tonight (and what's new about that?), so Ron made himself soup and sandwich and I nuked cold pizza. Fine with me.

I got in over 10,000 steps today. Between walking with Ember and then walking after supper tonight, I logged a lot of walking.

Exercise - As I said above, I logged over 10,000 steps of walking, a full 5 miles.

Today's weather - It was a beautiful day, though not quite warm enough for shorts on Ember.
