End of September

We had a lovely weekend in Pennsylvania visiting Ron's daughter and her family. They're fun people, and a really great family. Their location is such that the trees have turned quite a bit. It was beautiful: reds, yellows and oranges. Saturday we saw all three kids play soccer. Sunday it rained all day, and after a quick trip to Wal-Mart, we stayed inside reading, snoozing and watching football, except for a quick walk I took with two of the kids.

The work on the roof continues.
I like the color of the new shingles and the men appear to be doing a good job.

Now it's a return to a normal week
. Tomorrow is an Ember day. I miss her and can't wait to see her tomorrow. She was exactly 2-1/2 years old on Saturday. I bought new Play-Doh while away this weekend, complete with rolling pin, cookie cutter type cut outs and other things to use with the Play-Doh.

Exercise -
The only thing I did over the weekend was walk with two of the kids in Pennsylvania down the dirt road on which they live.

Weather -
It's been cloudy, damp and sometimes rainy the past three days.
