Snow!!

A good portion of New York State had snow yesterday, and some of it was significant in depth. Right here in the hamlet, we had a dusting of snow but lots of rain. Four miles north on Route 32, with a higher altitude, there were a couple of inches and a lot of slush on the road. Eight+ miles into the Catskills the snow fell hard and heavy with some places getting 17" or more. Lots of people without power.

As of last evening, they had gotten about 6" of snow at camp (Stillwater Reservoir) in the Adirondacks, but just a few miles west and/or south, they had upwards of one to two feet. I hope Ron makes it down the RR tracks today. Haven't heard from him yet.

Had a good day with Em yesterday. Peeing on the potty was not her priority yesterday and she had one accident. Sometimes a little person's mind is too busy with play to think about the urge to pee.

Today's weather - It's much better than yesterday, which was terribly windy, very cold and either rainy or snowy. It's still a bit windy today, but the sun is out and the temp is in the mid 40s.
