It's Sunday

Today started off nicely. Ron & I stayed in bed until close to 8, chatting and just enjoying the relaxing time. Then we had a minor tiff after breakfast and it’s gone downhill. Kind of works for me ‘cause sometimes I just want to be alone, on the computer, and not feel bad because I’m not with him.

I spent a lot of time on the computer today, looking at the WW site and playing Pogo games.

Tonight we went to Elsie’s for dinner. I love being there on a summer night. We – and there must’ve been 25 of us – eat outside. David BBQs. We help ourselves and sit on the porch and look out over the valley.

Tomorrow is grocery shopping day so I spent time yesterday and today figuring out menus for July and making a list.

Today’s weather – It was hot and humid and threatened all day to rain, but we had only a few sprinkles.

No life changes – Sundays at Elsie’s for supper is ingrained into me more than anything about being in Greenville, other than being Ron’s wife. Going to Elsie’s is what we do, and it’s good.
